Kumasi had its $95 million dollars City Mall  officially opened for business on Thursday the 20th of April.

The mall which is erected on a 15. 4 acre stretch of land with 74 shops within is set to provide services from Banking and financial services, telecommunication centers, Restaurants, health centers, groceries, recreational centers, fashion and clothing, electronics to many more.

A large number of people were present during the opening of the Mall on Thursday evening. They could not hide their excitement of having such a big Mall in the Ashanti Kingdom.

The construction of the mall begun on the 7th June 2014, After the Asantehene,  Otumfuo Osei Tutu II. ; had performed a traditional ceremony.
