Ex-Ghana striker and 2008 Africa Cup of Nations poster boy Junior Agogo is reported dead at age 40.  The leading football website can confirm that the former Zamalek player passed in London on Thursday morning.

Agogo battled with severe stroke since 2015. In the year 2018, a video of him having fun surfaced to prove to the world that he was recovering.

He can be remembered  his eye-catching performances for the Black Stars during the 2008 Nations Cup on home soil.
